Ann

Ann is a project resource data specialist for the Isan Sustainable Center at Ubon Ratchathani University.  She collects data on the socio-economic and environmental impacts of the Huai La Ha Dam, focusing on livelihood strategies and land titling issues for affected communities that have been denied compensation.

Nong

Nong works as a field researcher for the Salt Problem and Mineral Study Group, a grassroots NGO working with local communities to address the impacts of chemical fertilizers and promote organic agriculture in villages that are engaged in a struggle against the controversial Udon Thani Potash Mining Project. She also has eight years of experience working on the Mun River Wetland Recovery Project with communities affected by the Rasi Salai Dam.

Tu

Tu is a recent graduate of Ubon Ratchathani University, and is currently working with Youth History Reseach Program as a Coordinator at the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Ubonratchathani University. He has several years of experience leading youth groups to conduct volunteer work in rural communities, and has interned with the Chiang Khong Conservation Group, where he worked with local residents to address the impacts of rapid blasting on the Mekong River.

Aet

Aet teaches civics and community development at the College of Law and Government, Ratchapat Mahasarakham University in Northeast Thailand.  She has experience working at the Thailand Research Fund on the Mekong River in Chiang Saen district, Chiang Rai province, where she conducted community-based action research on social and environmental issues.
