KDNG is a network of Kachin civil society groups and development organizations inside Kachin State and overseas that was set up in 2004. KDNG’s purpose is to effectively work for sustainable development together with locally-based organizations in Kachin State. Its aim is to promote a civil society based on equality and justice for the local people in the struggle for social and political change in Burma. KDNG members are Kachin Enviromental Organization (KEO), All Kachin Student and Youth Union (AKSYU)
